I completed my 200-hour YTTC at Hrishikesh yoga school . The institution was suggested. I heartily endorse it. I'm glad I have faith in him. The three weeks went by quickly, and I made lifelong memories while travelling. I never imagined myself turning into an Ashtanga guy, but here we are.
I push myself and learn so much. We learned a lot about anatomy and postures in alignment, which I believe other schools sometimes overlooked as being very important. The teachers are excellent and very knowledgeable. They try to assist everyone and offer assistance with any queries.
