How To Do It?

⦁ Lay down on the back with your body straight and your feet together. The knees should be straight as well.
⦁ Now lift both legs up to an angle of 90 degrees, so that the soles of the feet point towards the ceiling.
Now you can lift your pelvis half way up and support it with your hands.
⦁ You do not lift it straight upwards, as in Sarvangasana, which is the shoulder stand.
⦁ You can consider it as the ‘Ardha Sarvangasana’, or the half shoulder stand.
